高溫炭化作業
Carbonization ProcessStep 1. 封窯口，加熱升溫。
Step 2. 升溫至400以上開始炭化。
Step 3. 排煙室收集竹煙，形成竹醋原液。
Step 4. 炭窯降溫，開窯取出竹炭。
Step 5. 再切割成適當大小竹炭片使用 ---- 經過包裝上市販售 ---- 碎炭亦可製作成除臭包或其他多種用途。
Step 1.
Heat and burn the bamboo.
Step 2.
Carbonization process will start till the temperature reach at 400 degree celsius.
Step 3.
Collect the bamboo fume from the ventilation room and formed the bamboo vinegar.
Step 4.
Cool down the kiln and take the bamboo out.
Step 5.
Cut the bamboo into different size and use. It can be sold after packaging or bamboo charcoal pack even made from bamboo fragments for muti-functional use.
