How to Select the Superior Bamboo Vinegar
優良竹醋液需是經過精製去除致癌物「焦油」者，才是優質產品。

判斷準則為：
  1. 顏色透明無色或淡黃色。
  2. 無懸浮物，沒有焦油微粒或其他雜質、異物。
  3. 有竹醋液之特有烏梅酸味。
  4. 裝盛之容器應為耐酸性。
Tar should be refined out of the bamboo vinegar when it is defined as superior bamboo vinegar.

Superior bamboo vinegar should be:
  1. Transparent or in light yellow colour
  2. No suspended substance such as tar pellet or other impurities
  3. Smelled sour like dark plum fruit
  4. Stored in acid-resistance container
